Secession… Revolution… or
mere Accountability? So,
you’ve decided this country is occupied by thieves; and is marching
toward ruin. You want out…
or justice… or to save yourself from the approaching disaster… or all
of these. Whether
you aim at secession, or revolution or mere accountability, the only way
these aims have ever been achieved is when people take matters into their
own hands – as American Founders did; for, to seek redress thru forums
dominated by those who are accused is an exercise in futility. Rivers
will run uphill before a tyrant will condemn himself to right the lives he
has ruined or return the booty he has taken. Trouble
is, the knowledge needed to prosecute a proper revolution (some call it
the right of petition) has been erased from our law and history books.
After all, what should you expect when conquerors write such books?
You can read all law reviews and Supreme Court cases that pertain
to this right and you will find just barely discernable hints of the full
powers incorporated within this right. Did
you know, for example, that, thru this right of redress, we have powers to
investigate and prosecute, judge and enforce judgments relative to judges,
tax collectors and even private persons who subvert our liberties?
In other words, the right of petition is neither a right nor
singular: it is a complex of powers.
And who knows it? I
searched dozens of old law and history books and found stories that we are
not supposed to know… stories written in parliaments and Continental
Congresses, on rivers and trails of birthing America, and the isle of
England… stories about valiant men who have wrongly been forgotten…
stories we should learn, and tell, and re-tell to the end of time. In
a very real sense, our history has
already been written; it only remains for us to live it; and,
for our children and grandchildren to fill in details. (Much
of this information is derived or excerpted from my book, The
Lost Right; ordering instructions and review.) Sincerely, Anthony Hargis 2007 November 10 We have work to do; let us begin. The main purpose of this site is to introduce the history, law and technology of redress; other topics are included as ancillary or supporting information, they are, Grievances: to show you a list of grievances subject to redress - a list that will constantly expand; one grievance in particular will give you a sense of urgency, and an indication of its global scale; Redress: here, you will be introduced to the history, law and technology of freedom, or the right of redress - knowledge you are not supposed to know; Reforms: what errors did American Founders institutionalize... and what are possible corrections for them? Education: this deals with the foundational activities of life necessary to establish and maintain a free society - care of young; friendship; how to reward good behavior, benevolently discourage bad et cetera; Health: to establish a free society is a lifetime project; hence, we need to be healthy and live long - so we may more easily survive the journey, and enjoy the destination; Local Assemblies: here we will provide a list of assemblies wherever they are formed; Market (or Book Shelf): products and services; and New Postings: recent additions to above topics.
